Starting May 16, 2022, the SHWC returned to pre-COVID-19 operations. That program ended in early September 2021. Individuals exposed to the virus should follow the current Centers for Disease Control recommendations and their medical provider's treatment advice. Guidelines for individuals who have been exposed to COVID-19 Individuals who test positive for the virus should follow current Centers for Disease Control Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19 and follow the treatment advice of their medical provider. UNT faculty and staff must consult their primary care provider or a community testing site. If the medical provider feels COVID testing is medically appropriate, they will order testing through the in-house laboratory. Students who need COVID testing should make an appointment to see an SHWC medical provider.
